He moelested his 6 year old niece multiple times over a couple years and you need more details?
I really enjoy all of the mega cable news watchers throwing out "fake news" left and right but have no problem chastising someone in a situation that could be mishandled in a multitude of ways
By no means do I approve of molesting kids so stfu. it's a fair question to wonder what exactly happened. for all we know the parents of the girl are batshit crazy trying to collect a huge lawsuit

Sounds like the ex-wife of the older brother was mad that she didn't get custody of her kids after the divorce and planted some info. Going by that article which is really all I have to go on since it has the most info on this is he was never home when his mother watched all those kids anyway. Who fricking knows though

Have to say, it’s hard to judge this guy (which is of course wrong anyway) after reading that. Thanks for posting.

Fake radar gun guy needs to make one out of a dildo and some handcuffs.
And point it at Luke for 9 innings.

Though I want to believe this guy is not the devil y'all make him out to be, if any of you really feel that making a child molester sign will make things better, then go right ahead. (It won't)

I’m hoping any LSU fans making the trip are above making a sign.
Me too. This thread—like almost all others on here—is fricking embarrassing.

What cable news channel has been discussing this?
The kid plead guilty to moelsting a child. I will say it again and am embarrassed this needs to be even discussed. The kid plead guilty to molesting a child. Help me understand the facts which would make this any less egregious where a 16 year old kid would agree to pleading guilty to moelesting his niece? Was it because a lawyer told them if they went to trial and he was found guilty he would get time in juvie?
Go ahead, pull a Trump and just say fake news. The facts are the kid plead guilty in court to moelesting a child and was sentenced for the crime. What else do you need?

Here's an actual, fact-based article instead of a hype-filled fake news version.
TLDR: no one really knows if it happened but there's more than enough reason to think he's probably innocent. He was faced with a choice between fighting it in court and possible getting 2 felonies and 60 weeks in juvenile detention or taking a plea deal from the prosecutor and having everything cleared in 5 years. Per the advice of his lawyer and in fear of a hostile jury he took the plea deal and had to go through a bunch of court-ordered steps to clear his record (like writing an apology letter etc.)
As of last August they sealed his record in the courts as legally it's as if nothing ever happened. He has a clean record now.
Why most people think he could easily be innocent is because the mother of the daughter could have made it up. She was in a ugly divorce at the time and was in a custody battle over the daughter (that she then lost). He always maintained his innocence and passed a couple polygraph tests. The girl supposedly doesn't remember anything happening. The majority of his family thinks he's innocent.
Who knows. No one really talks about it anymore other than a couple twitter trolls. I don't think he was heckled at any games all year. It's old news at this point and is just beating a dead horse.
Whether he gets drafted or not doesn't matter to OSU as he's a senior, but I think we'd like to see him get a chance at the pros.
It's a crappy situation. Either he did it and you can either think he's a monster who deserves to die or deserves a second chance, or he's innocent and he's being called horrible things as an innocent person.
Who knows?

Its def an interesting case. He passed a polygraph, thats about the only interesting part of it.
Posted on 5/28/18 at 4:46 pm to josh336
He did pass the polygraph tests although the questions asked to him did not involve the niece. He wasn’t asked straight up if he molested the niece when under the polygraph.

That story is completely one sided in his defense and is dubious at best.

A polygraph sure isn’t the definite tell of truth.
Regardless, someone give me the printout sign idea and I’ll go to Staples and make it a reality.
Driving from CO to OR on Thursday, so I’ll report back.

True but innocent people also admit to crimes all the time that they didnt commit, crazy huh? In his case he took a plea to avoid a terrible trial that most likely would end in a guilty verdict. People do it all the time. Doesn’t mean he did it. No reason to make a childish arse sign. no pun intended

You'll be wasting your time. All signs will get confiscated at the gate. We also have a clear-bag policy at Goss.

That's completely biased story. Nearly worthless as it stands.

Everyone knows you have a child molester on the team.
