Absolutely yes.

I guess that's why you do it.

Oh, you meant prediction.

9-3 regular season record. I have no idea about total yards offensively.

What's yours?

9-3 regular season record.

It's absolutely amazing how much negativity a guy can expend for a record that's actually decent

11-1, 10-2 floor

We were an extremely close 10-2 last year, lots of upgrades this year plus not playing Georgia.

9-3 in his third (basically fourth) year with an experienced senior QB, on top of the grounds for which he was hired, would be a terrible failure.

I agree with this. Both UT and A&M lost a lot last year. Barn is breaking in a new QB, UF is at home. This team should be 10-2 at the very least and could compete for SEC title.

So in your opinion, every future LSU coach should be given 3 years to win the SEC or they're fire? Is that how you see things?

You only see what you want to see Roger.

And I think that's a decent record as well. But Miles was fired and o was hired to improve our team. Not to remain stuck with 9 or 10 win seasons.

Or am I confused as to why a coaching change was made?

correct. 9-3 would be a disappointment but it's not worth melting over.

I certainly think it should put Orgeron on the hot seat

But I can't see 9-3 next year. Too stacked

His record in the sec had fallen off a lot. What should LSU have done?

But what if he goes 9-3 and loses 3 wars vs great teams? What if he loses at Bama 24-21 on a last second FG, Texas 21-20 on a late TD and Florida 28-27 in a nail biter? Sometimes it’s about the team maxing out instead of just judging the record on its face. You know I’m not an Orgeron guy but if his team plays well and he doesn’t make bad coaching errors the record shouldn’t be the only thing we look at.
