LSU grad here.
My wife and her family are Aggies.

I'm up 27-20-3.
Also 3 Nat'l Titles to 1.

Poor Aggies.

I never understood the house divided situations. The wife has to take the husband's team affiliations. It's practically in he vows.

That would be so great to have the priest/rabbi/reverend/shaman/judge slip that little clause in.

threeputt, you're initials wouldn't happen to be JL?

My house is really divided, during football it's pretty much all LSU except me (Tulane but I go to the LSU games cause I like to watch real football), come Baseball it's all Tulane. Son wears LSU, Tulane, USM, Oklahoma (uncle lives there), and sometimes A & M. Daughter, LSU or Tulane stuff but she is looking at Vandy for college.

Me and wife live in Georgia, but I have been tiger fan since I was 14 or so....(tommy hodson days). My friends dad went to LSU and played old games constantly and my parents were so far removed from ANY kind of sport, I never had a chance to become a Georgia fan. However, my wife LOVES steve spurrier, mainly because of his antics and wit. She always roots for Tigers though.

I'm currently a student at Tennessee. My Dad went to Bama and LSU for grad school. I can't tell how much shite he talks now that we suck.

My oldest son is a senior in HS. His top college choice right now is Alabama. I really don't know how I'm going to handle this. I really, really don't know. I don't want to hate my grandchildren.

I am a ULM grad and my wife is a ULL, I mean "UL" grad. We are divided during the annual Sun Belt Toilet Bowl and when it comes to her trying to dress our kid in red chili peppers.

But we both love LSU!

I could never have married someone that was a fan of a rival team, especially bama.

No trouble here. ALL family is UT (Texas) alumni.

Although they don't understand though my love for the SEC. I grew up watching Texas but now they're my 13th favorite team (soon to be 15th.) They couldn't understand why I would pull for Bama over Texas but rooted my arse off for Texas over FUSC.

My wife is a Florida grad. The 90's really sucked for me.

In the 90's, it would have sucked if your wife was a grad of Tennessee, Auburn, Alabama, USM, TAMU, Kentucky, Lighthouse of the Blind, etc.

My wife is a grad student at Ole Miss and is a Bama fan. It was tough watching the LSU-Bama game. The little man of 6 years is all LSU! His favorite thing to do is Tiger Bait somebody! We will be out in full force tomorrow.

My wife and my in-laws are all Razorback fans. My side of the family is all LSU alums/fans.

Usually the Friday after Thanksgiving has been pretty quiet around my house because of how close the games have been.

If things get bad for the Razorbacks, my wife will seclude herself in the bedroom and start watching something else. When Arkie was taking that first half thumping from aTm, I found her in the bed watching Harry and the Hendersons.

The winner gets to talk smack for the whole rest of the year and we don't cut no slack.

Me-Southern and LSU (Southern Alum)
Wife-Arkansas (Arkansas-Little Rock Alum)

My brothers-in-law mistakenly assumed that I was a UGA fan when they met me simply because I live in Georgia. I had to correct them very quickly.

My wife and I are big LSU fans. My father in laws side of the family loves LSU and my mother in laws side of the family loves Arkansas. In 2009, when we won in OT, we were in Arkansas for thanksgiving. It was so nice to win that one after listening to that annoying arse pig sooey (sp?) chant for 3 1/2 hours!!
