On their first series after the OBJ fumble, was that his fault on the coverage of the running back out of the backfield when the guy dropped it? Not trying to be nit picky, i just really remember

yea, he was toast. when we go nickel he leaves the game anyway, so he's really not on the field that much

actually, not this season.

his bad body language came back last week when he didnt play well. That was one of the reasons i didnt like him. He was a whiner in HS.

He hasn't impressed me. Me thinks he struggles when we play teams with a pulse. Considering he hasn't stood out vs these nobodies

Unfortunately, I agree. I think he'll be a liability and the majority of people on this message board will be whistling a different tune once SEC play hits.

Well he isn't Dieon Jones but this wasn't really a praise Muncie thread as much as it was a wow he actually made a play thread.......

I didn't think I'd ever see a highlight from him......he has potential.

I with you Earl, I'm not crowning him but I liked some things he did.

That was Luke.

just being honest.

Kevin Minter has looked like our best MLB in 10 years thus far. Does that make up for it?

I think he's been better than any LB we've had the last few years not named Sheppard. Granted that's not saying much but with what we've had lately, Muncie is an upgrade.

Those saying "wait until SEC play starts", who's gonna challenge him then? All but Bama and USCe are not really very good and won't test us or him. I like the young freshmen and their talent but do we really trust true freshmen, with limited knowledge of the defense, to hold up in the SEC if Muncie can't? Muncie is no slouch talent and I've seen the "great" freshmen make many mistakes as well particularly in the NT game when they actually played a significant amount of snaps. They really didn't play a ton against Washington. Alexander is the only one that stood out a bit at LB. They're still freshmen that will make freshmen mistakes.

Jones and Alexander could replace him by mid-season.

he has 2 solo tackles in 2 games. Against horrible teams.

the speed at Auburn, ARK, Florida, and even Texas A&M is quite different from our first opponents.
