Reading what Bech said the other day makes me think Myles may be taking the lead. Time will tell.

I was told that if Brennan starts it isn’t because he’s the best QB. From someone who attends practice and based that opinion on what he sees.

So someone believes Kelly would start a player who is not the best and doesn't care about winning?
The credibility of your report is in doubt.

Brennan.

Mike Scarborough was on the radio tonight. He said that Brennan has looked the best passing the balls by far. Also said that Nuss has gotten bigger and stronger.

If Kelly has shown anything, he embraces competition and will play the best one. Whether it’s Myles, Daniels or Nuss starting game one, I’ll know the due diligence was done

I've seen several reports indicating Nuss is making a positive impression. Maybe second on the depth chart.

That’s not what he said. The implication was that the poster thinks Brennan is clearly not the best, therefore, if he starts it’s because the coach has a different reason for starting him.

For example, you might say, “If Mahomes’ backup starts it’s not because he is the best.” No one saying that is implying that the he thinks the coach is likely to start the second best guy.

Not even remotely close to what I said or what I was told. Just that Brennan isn’t the best QB on the roster based on practice reps thus far.

No idea.

Can't wait to see them compete at the spring game. I'm focused on Nus more than Brenan or Daniels though. He has the bigger arm, and the higher ceiling. I doubt he wins the job, but I'm watching him closely for a development POV. The Nus/Howard competition in 2023 should be fun.

Brennan is the best QB on this roster and it isn’t close. Daniels still makes one read and runs. Nobody has the CANNON Myles has. He’s legit NFL size now, and can still move in the pocket. He’s Mettenburger with more mobility.

Daniels only spiral during the full media practice was a pick.......then he ran on a 3rd and 6 and only got 4.....

He’s not as good as his pumpers think.

You talk in your sleep.

And, I don't believe anyone of significance said that to you. Because it's stupid.

Disappointing is the word from the coaches.

I think Daniels is going to get a series here and there where he’s a threat to run. Myles is a better passer but is injury prone. Daniels has D1 starting experience which makes him an attractive backup and possibly the guy in 2023 if Nuss bails or Howard isn’t quite ready.

That statement is laughable. This board and its make a wish foundation hope for Myles.

Watch out for Nuss in this competition. He’s the perfect mix of Brennan and Daniels in terms of arm strength and mobility. Not sure who will start but everyone is so quick to write him off.

What I hear is that the guys are responding well to brennan. He’s alpha.
When it comes to throwing, it’s not a huge difference but brennan can flat out beat them all in the deep ball.
Mobility is a clear weakness for brennan.
