All you need to know about all of this is what state the lawsuit was filed in to know who is behind it.

In her interview with Moscona, AG Merrill said none of her lawyers were admitted to practice before that court and so they either need to find local Alabama lawyers or have the judge grant permission for LA lawyers. She also said that as of this afternoon neither she nor some of the other defendants had actually been served with the lawsuit yet. Very short timetable to respond before a hearing at 1:00 tomorrow.

Which is exactly what Stanky and the SEC gestapo in Birmingham want. They want to ram this thing through before we have a chance to stop it.

Is this some preliminary hearing to decide if the case has merit or what? Not a lawyer.

Somebody is not telling the truth. Service is required. I thought LSU admitted service was delivered. So somebody is not stating something correctly.

That’s good. The guy that the state sent to Tallulah to argue the state’s case for taking over Madison Parish Hospital was incompetent.

James Williams is on the summons, but that’s most likely because he is on the BoS. He’s be a good choice to represent the school though.

This hearing is for a TRO to prevent LSU from “interfering” with the Thursday SEC meeting to supposedly expel us. Interfering here presumably means LSU seeking an injunction in state court.
