Personally, Alabama and Auburn no doubt.

Ole MissTulane
They are absolute evil, the aggregation of all that is unholy and wrong and despicable about the world. As such, they are one and the same, a singular entity, one shining beacon of putrescence, a black hole of hate absorbing all the seething enmity LSU fans can muster.
But in sports, it's probably Bama, Auburn and Florida.

If older than 55, Ole Miss (and some Tulane)
If older than 40 and less than 55, Bama
If older than 25 and less than 40, Auburn, with Bama starting to replace Auburn once again
Otherwise, throw in a few Florida's for a hybrid population...and a few Texas A&M's for good measure..
So, in total, it is and is going to be Bama for now and the immediate time to come

Who is LSU's #1 hated rival?
LSU... and yes I am 100% serious. Stick around

The most hated seems to be auburn and I think I know why. Here's a little historical perspective. Auburn has been on probation at least twice as much as any other program in recent years, which makes them arguably the dirtiest in all of college football. From a recruiting standpoint, they cheated when Pat Dye was there in the 80's and 90's, and they're cheating now under Chizik. Tubberville always seemed to run a pretty clean program, and I respected him for that. BUT, whatever improprieties may or may not have existed on the recruiting trail during that era, they more than made up for on the field of play. LSU fans who experienced this period will NEVER forget the fact that winning a close game in auburn was a virtual impossibility due to blatantly poor officiating. This occurred from 2002-2006, when we fielded some of the most talented teams in LSU history, only to have potential championship runs thwarted by what can only be described as legalized rape(PLEASE EXCUSE MY LACK OF SENSITIVITY).

You failed to mention their fan base of either -
the heads stuck in sand mentality versus the everyone's doing it so AU attitude that prevails.

Bama fans that gloat and mouth off are simply annoying but AU fans with a holier than thou persona are pathetic

The true question is, "Who considers LSU to be its most hated rival?" Then you'll find your answer...

For the older people:
Ole Miss then Alabama for SEC (in that order)
I am sure that Ole Miss is not for the young people as they have not been that relevant lately
For non SEC: USC and Notre Dame

Auburn and Alabama hate each other.....as an LSU fan, most of us just think...."frick em both".
So no 1 true rival.
So no 1 true rival.

After living in Arkansas for almost 5 yrs.... It's got be to the piggies for me, I hope they never win another SEC game!!!! These people up here just aren't right.....

Got to be Alabama mainly b/c they have always been one of the best teams in the SEC and nation over the years ever since Bear Bryant was coach. Charlie Mac always had a tough time trying to beat the Bear - like everyone else.
Now that Saban is their coach it just adds more fuel to the fire - not to mention that LSU and ALA are in contention for the SEC west and national championship this season. Both top 10 programs going at it year in and year out these days.
Arkansas is a pain as well (runner-up). They are always difficult to beat late in the year no matter if we play them at home or away. They usually are underdogs and they play the spoiler roll very, very well.

LSU doesn't have a real rival anymore. When Texas A&M comes it will probably be them.

Auburn. I hate Auburn. My daddy hated Auburn. My daddy was the most awesome man ever!!! GEAUX TIGERS!!!

For me its a clear cut #1
I would rather drink a 44oz piss Icee and let Whoopi Goldberg knee me in the balls than lose to Auburn. I hate Auburn with every cell in my 6'2 220lb body. I hate everything about them. They dont deserve to be called a tiger. Now im at work thinking about Auburn and I'm pissed and I don't want to do any work.
