He answers to the ones who pay him. You give enough to the program, you get your answer.

This is where a lot of you are dead-arse wrong. Supporting the team and even buying tickets to see the team play does NOT mean that "you deserve answers" to what goes on behind the scenes.

In fact, to be bluntly honest, it isn't any of our goddam business what goes on in the locker room, practice, on the bus to the game, or anything.

If the coach chooses to play a certain player over another, it IS NOT OUR BUSINESS. You people aren't owed anything.

Randy Rosetta, Jim Kleinpeter, Ron Higgins, Scott Rabalais, Glenn Guilbeau are some of the best sports writers in the nation when it comes to covering the college beat. We're lucky to have them. Most of them have forgotten more than most of us will ever know about covering sports teams, players, coaches, etc. I don't see any of these guys going easy on LSU or Les Miles. You might try reading them from time to time. Tigerdroppings is a great place, one of the best sports forums in the nation, but in the end it's just a bunch of guys blowing off steam after getting all worked up over our favorite team.

So it's all about the money. Could Les be trying to force a buy-out of his contract. Think he wants out? That would explain a lot.

I'd honestly like to hear...I've been stubborn, and behind the times, and I have made LSU football much less fun over the last few years. I realize I'm hard-headed and need to put the team first, before my own ego. I finally realize that we can't continue to compete on a high level with the caliber/type of qb's that I bring in, given the type of offense that we run. Therefore, I'm going to (insert either option) bring in QB's that can perform better in our current offense, or, change or offense to meet the talents of the type of qb's that we recruit here. I feel like I've let the team down, and I vow to never let that happen again.

Only one question matters right now

"Coach, who decides the QB rotation during the game, you or the OC?"

Straight to the point. He will say he does, but how he says it will tell you all you need to know. If he is definitive then he takes the burden of jennings performance. If he says it is a mutual decision then you know it is really Cameron's call and miles just goes with it.

great stuff man. This sounds like a job for Tim fletcher. Tim fletcher does what he wants. For example:
Emmitt Smith: sir, why are you trying to dominate this interview?
Tim Fletcher: that's how I roll man

Tim posted on his Twitter 8 questions that need to be answered. Go check them out because they are respectful yet pressing.

I honestly don't think you'd get a straight answer at all. You'd get a lot of Stengelese doubletalk about "quality" and "wants" that says absolutely zilch. It's what he does.

Media has become a joke. They don't ask the hard questions and they don't criticize because they want access to coaches/celebrities/politicians in the future for ratings.

Thought Miles was supposed to be a 'nice' guy ... sounds more like a corporate bully.

What have you seen on the field in terms of accuracy, points scored, and consistency that has justified not making a change at QB?

If the plays designed for LF were not there, why was he not put in different positions where his talent could be utilized, such as the passing game?

Is there ever any consideration to changing the gameplan in an effort to combat the offense's ineffectiveness?

Those are all media questions that deserve an answer. First one would be replied to as, "Preparation is sincere and best chance to win." 2 and 3 would both be answered with, "the opportunity didn't present itself."

Fan Questions:

Do you realize that the area of the field in between the hash marks is not considered out of bounds nor do you get a penalty for throwing there?

Has every TE at LSU since you've arrived slept with your wife?

Is it your life's mission to render the QB position obsolete effectively removing the position from the game of football?

Do you hate LSU fans and are you trying to see how many you can make hate football?

So will GG's status in most of the rants eyes go up because he has always held Miles to the fire? He may be our only hope...
