Who has the most pressure?

Pressure. The media loves to amp it up. They want to create pressure. Afterall, The higher the pressure, the more clicks, views and general attention is garnered.

This game is unquestionably one of the most high pressure games ever for college football. Lots of drama.

Kiffin’s was asked about who has the most pressure. He said Ole Miss. not sure I agree but I understand his point.

Talking heads like Jim Rome and Finebaum say it’s on LSU and Kiffin.

I think pressure is in the eye of the beholder. It’s often a perception thing and that’s what Kiffin is trying to point out.

Really though, pressure is illusory. Is it even real?

Imo, insofar as it exists is relative to the perception of preasure. The pressure is relative to the way a person handles it. Some feel the pressure and cave and some feel the pressure and excel.

Championship players and coaches welcome the pressure. They crave it because it brings out their best. Losers shy away from pressure. They don’t have the confidence in themselves to meet the expectation.

So for me, this is a game to expose who is and isn’t up to the pressure level. Which coach can manage the players ability to handle this pressure? Which QB can rise to that level and execute?
