Who has earned the right to wear the #18 jersey for the 2019 season?

My money is on Divinity since Delpit will be wearing the #7 but possibly even Joe and you cant forget about big Rashard

If he was a four year player, I would agree. I think Rashard or Mike deserve it more for a myriad of reasons.

Burrow is the unquestioned Offensive Leader. Defense has several leaders so Burrow will get it.

Joe chose to come across the country to lead us when we were projected 5-7. After the Miami scuffle and Georgia game there was no doubt who the leader of the offense was.
