Continue the present suit with SEC as plaintiff? No immediate reason comes to mind apart from knowing they have a winning case and may wish to play it out to receive restitution from the SEC and maybe wring some changes from that corrupt group? In any case, I do not see the SEC dropping things at this point. Too much sunken cost. I agree that it is moot but the SEC now has its dicks out. Would that LSU cuts them off.

Why would LSU agree to continue? Its obvious the SECs legal representation is a clownshow, along with Sankey... so this allows the SEC to seek consult in an attempt to navigate their heads out of their collective assholes.

So, depending on SEC action, Sankey and the SEC are exposed. Possibly along with any individual university assholes pursuing action against LSU.
