Until you take personal responsibility and accountability, you can continue to expect the status quo to continue. No one is out to get blacks other than other blacks. I have never been a cop, but I know they hate to patrol the predominantly black areas. Why? Because if they do their job they’re racist, and if they don’t do their job they’re racist..
And let’s not pretend that blacks care about other blacks’ lives. They don’t give a damn. Some old lady and her grandchildren get shot up in a mistaken drive by and no one says shite.... why? Because the cops are the enemy... lol

When a LSU alum kneels for the national anthem, I consider that both a personal affront to my patriotism and in this case a poor ambassador to my beloved LSU.
Dude, I grew up close enough to LSU to hear Tiger Stadium on Saturday nights when I was a kid. I just care.

But many did. or at least threatened to. Which is why it was ultimately handled the way it was. In a purely democratic way, more people wanted to hear and see the national anthem shown more.

Definitely not embarrassed, that would be ridiculous. He seems like an decent person and was great while at LSU. But...
This seems pretty damn true. Seems like he just wants to argue, because he doesn't understand how to go about achieving his 'goal', whatever that is. I'm not sure he knows what his goal is either

Per capita. Yes. But, the majority of unarmed shootings are against whites.
But. That doesn't make the news.
I'm willing to bet that if we removed race and accounted for economic class, those below the poverty line are vastly more likely to be shot by cops than those above it.
Cops simply get quicker with the trigger in bad neighborhoods. They want to go home to their own families. And, it isn't hard to imagine that the stress of knowing any routine traffic stop, even to issue a warning, could be your last act on earth by some a-hole who doesn't want to go to jail over some other non-traffic related reason in his/her life.

Simple as this. They go in with a preconceived notion of more danger, because they have every reason to.
I don't think many police that kill people are racists, but they are scared shitless about thier surroundings.
Even if you made only black officers patrol the black communities, you would make very little impact to unarmed/undrawn shootings.
