I think Deion Jones becomes one.
Kind of like in the past few years our DB's went from Peterson to Claiborne to Mathieu to Mills/Collins and our LB's went from Sheppard to Minter.
The past few years, Chief has recruited a line of players that step up each year, and I think that Jones becomes one of the players that becomes great!

Debo and Kwon Alexander will both be excellent this year. What about Ronald Martin being the big time breakout guy this year?

I think Deion will get overshadowed by Barrow having a monster year.

I think everyone in the country will know who Freak Johnson is after this season is over.

I'm guessing Martin and LaCouture is my bold prediction.

Martin is going to be a big time player. So will Kwon.

Definitely! It seemed last year every time he was on the field he made a play and was around the ball.

I think Tre' White will be a household name by mid-season.

Could be as the nickel and return man. I just dont see him taking 1 of the Jalens spots. He will be on the field alot as the 3rd DB, but i dont think he will be 1 of the 2 starting CBs.

And im hoping for another DE to emerge. Rasco is the only guy that is the 100% sure starter. The other spot will be a heavy rotation of Allen, Hunter, Herron, etc. Beckwith if he plays DE. But we really need another DE to step up for us opposite of Rasco.

So per this thread, the entire defense will become breakout players. Noted.

Kwon Alexander will be an AA at LSU. Mark my words.

Guy is a freak (so is Debo). In the UF game last year before he got hurt, he showed flashes of greatness. CANT WAIT.

We have so many that could break out, that I literally have no idea.

That's a good thing

Not exactly new, but Tajh Jones will have one of the OLB spots locked down. Plus he will go beast mode getting to start his first and final year, after missing almost all of last season. People underestimate him a lot, but he's one of the most physical guys on the team. Elite speed and instincts. There's a big reason why none of the younger guys have been able to take his spot from him, even though they are elite themselves
