i don't believe j lee has the heart to step into the battle. i'd like to think he's tough by sticking it out, but when you see him on the field he looks no different than 2008. running backwards and throwing the ball up to avoid the sack. he certainly has had his flaws and has not proven to anyone that he can be a reliable starter. otherwise, we would have seen him get the nod in some critical games. do you think miles and co. realized jj was doing terrible last year? yeah, there jobs depend on that. yet, they still did not go to lee.

face it, lee can't get it done. not saying jj is a much better qb, but out of the options of lee and mett, i'll take mett all day. he is the real future of the program.
