I don’t think you’re naïve at all. I think you’re just absolutely stupid! If you’d look around in a couple of threads on this same topic, you’d see that at least one law enforcement officer and a couple of attorneys have already said it happens all the time. Any google search would produce the same findings. What gets me is not so much your stupidity, but your arrogance of thinking how right you are when you’re 100,000% wrong! I almost feel sorry for you.
