I truly don’t understand the people who want Kiffin but scoff at the idea of getting Riley.
Riley has been to the big time. He’s made the playoffs. Lane hasn’t even coached a New Years six.
They’re similar in their archetype. They’re both offensive minded quarterback gurus. Riley has heismans in his portfolio. Kiffin doesn’t.
Idk I think both would do well here but if I’m picking between the two I’m taking Riley all day.

My main concern about Kiffin is that he wasn't very good when he was at Tennessee and he literally got left at the airport when he was fired when he was at USC.
I will admit his offenses are pretty great but I want to see that combined with a great defense, something Ole Miss didn't have last season.
With that being said, they sure look like they have improved on defense based on what I saw when they played Louisville.
I'm not necessarily opposed to it but he's probably my fourth choice right now. Not like it's up to me but whatever

One person has mentioned his name. Cristobal Would kill it here! I also would be good with freeze, kiffin, Campbell or Napier. We shouldn't take people serious who want Aranda. Those are the same people who wanted to hire O because he talked like us.

Nah, people who were team O were not the same people who were team Aranda. If anything Aranda getting the job back then would have made more sense than O getting it

I honestly dont see the Love Fest with Aranda. His defense in '19 gave up a lot of points and we were gashed (Not nearly as bad as when he left) in many games. The salvation of the defense was an unstoppable offense.
