I’ll never forget Chad Jones blasting the Arky receiver in those golds... horrible call on a legal hit, but thankfully Ridley and Jasper came up clutch.
I might be in the minority but I was also a big fan of the old gold jerseys from State in 2016.

Subtle differences, but not really noticeable. The point is they didn't give two shits what they wore all season, they rolled out in a new uniform (mesh cut outs where it was typically solid) for the CFP.
My other point is more important anyway - LSU's traditional uniform will be worn more this year than any other team wears any other uniform during the regular season.

I think all of our uniform combos and alternates look pretty damn awesome. I'd like to see gold/purple/gold tomorrow only because we just did white/purple/white last week, but it ultimately doesn't matter. We'll still look sharp.

I'm pretty sure it'll be gold/purple/gold for Utah State, and that's the best combo ever along with the traditional gold/white/gold.

Gold purple gold is the worst uniform we wear. Plain and simple.
Luckily, it's still an attractive uniform. LSU really doesn't have an ugly on in the bag.

I beg to differ on that accord. That Katrina relief jersey with the half-a@@ed stripes on the back was U-G-L-Y, as was that jersey we wore vs Auburn 2011 with that ghastly pentagonal purple design round the neck.

Yes, the All White looks the best of any combo other than the traditional yellow helmet and white shirt with yellow pants. However, the white helmet with purple shirt and white pants looks great if we have to where purple.
