if he's on (like end of AUB and Troy) then Lee could tear up GT's young secondary, if he's not on, then i'd go with JJ for his mobility

JL 38% passing 4int v al 4 int 2 pick six
JL 40% passing v tulane pick six
JL 33% passing v Ole Miss pick six
JJ has a better arm throughs a tight spiral looks off safties runs better exciting playmaker!

don't get the support for JL when time and time again he has made bas decisions, yet you are so quick to say that JJ sucks
I don't know what you read between the lines in my post but let me assure you I think JL sucked this year too. Honestly, as bluntly as I can put it - and this is not talking about how they will develop in their careers, but THIS YEAR, they both sucked. Medically speaking they sucked arse.

agreed, but what there are no stats for and what was evident in his two starts is that he's dangerous at the start against defenses but once the defense settles in and the limited number of plays JJ knows starts to repeat themselves our offense gets stuck in the mud as bad if not worse than JL

I'm not saying I want lee to start...I was really just wondering if you were Nostradamus or something...Tell me o wise one, who WILL start the game, and what will be the final score.

Shut up and get some education, for people's name, the first letter should be capitalized . It's Lee , dude.

How did LSU become such a horrible team this year..

Which qb gives LSU the best chance to win
Hatch 2-0 (no losses)
Lee 7-4 (losses against #2, #4, #14, & #25)
JJ 0-2 (losses against #25, & #78)
in games where they contributed in a big way, so you decide

I say it is JL. He has the strongest arm, maybe doesn't always make the best decisions but he has the arm. I believe our offense runs better with him at the controls.
Off your meds, I see. The kid's totally afraid to get hit. Plain-and-simple.

These two games were lost by the defense, not the quarterback.

Best chance to win big = Lee
Best Chance to lose bad = Lee
JJ give us the best chance to squeek out a win or look respectable in a loss. Right now i'll take JJ and hope to have something to build on for next year.

I don't agree with the presupposition that we can only play one.
I would start JJ but if he needs to be spelled for a series/possession then JL could do it. It would probably help both to get to see some series from the SL's.

As a true freshman, JJ is already showing more poise and natural qb iq than Lee. He is looking off safties and he isn't throwing the ball into coverage. His only pick was a ball tipped up by a wide reciever.
So far, the coaches haven't asked JJ to run the whole offense. Not even close. Lee got a lot more 3 step and 5 step timing route plays when he was starting. So far, JJ has only been spoonfed longer developing plays like screens and rollouts. That killed us in the second halves of the last two games when the defenses started getting pressure on him. The coaches need to use the bowl practice to get him more comfortable on some timing routes so he can keep the defense more honest.
