And football has had great recruiting classes filled with talent that are coming in so to me, its not a "clear cut choice"

You are definitely right about that but if Jennings or Harris can just manage a game and not make many mistakes, we could be in for a good season. They don't have to be great really, just get the ball in playmakers hands and let them do the rest.

Not sure why anyone would ever be more excited for LSU basketball over LSU football.
As far as I'm concerned, LSU basketball is a minor distraction between LSU football and baseball seasons.

Football will be very good - national championship contenders. You guys will be very disappointed in basketball. They'll be flashy, but any good team that wants to beat us will tear us up on the boards.
