Agree that Pearl has an excellent bar. High class but not the environment for watching a game. Shades is the answer.
If Shades is full, cross over 98 and try Idyllhound Brewing but Shades would be my primary.

Love Rosemary Beach. Go to George's early, fill up and then watch the game at your hotel / airbnb. That's a small community man, I'd be surprised if they have any LSU bars.
