Agree that Pearl has an excellent bar. High class but not the environment for watching a game. Shades is the answer.

Love Rosemary Beach. Go to George's early, fill up and then watch the game at your hotel / airbnb. That's a small community man, I'd be surprised if they have any LSU bars.
