Other than the fact that she said so here and had multiple people confirm it, nothing really.

Also consider, for those who think she was Derek Pomansky, that she would have been playing a heck of a long game since she signed up for TD in 2004.

It was quite a while back. I also seem to recall her implying or even saying her football (Coach O stuff ) posts were something she was being paid or directed to do, but I don't recall by whom or if I am misremembering on that part.
