Not a fan of o, but o and his staff did a fantastic job yesterday going into Jordan-Hare and pulling out an impressive win.

Of the fantastic jobs done, the o lines was the most impressive version. Everyone involved in making that improvement deserves more credit than they’ll get.

Coaching for his dream school.
I love when this gets thrown out, as if it makes O a better coach, and has been proven false multiple times.

People thought that of Les when he was the most successful LSU coach ever and you see to have the idea that was ok.
I'm not sure I've seen a post by dukke where he actually gave Miles credit for anything he did as the coach.

You predicted we would go 6-6, so what does that say about your faith in O?

What were the purpose of the thousands of fire Les threads?

Who cares. At least they worked.
Some of you people piss and moan about others bad-mouthing o yet here you are admitting it was fine and dandy to bad-mouth the previous head coach.
What a fricking hypocrite.

I don't need to prove shite to you. You'll just forget about it and disappear from the thread only to do the same shite again tomorrow. Making you look dumb is officially tiring.

Criticizing a coach doesn’t mean you are shitting on the program.
When you don't know what you are talking about, your "criticism" is really just talking shite.
Take Emsminger for example.
He did the following:
Took over a rediculusly shitty offense in mid-season. With ZERO prep time he goes on to a RECORD BREAKING statistical season.
- The psych-O's respose...those teams sucked. While I agree with that assessment, I feel it doesn't discount his play calling.
Or
We lost to Florida. However, we DOMINATED them. That game hinged around a handful of plays (Donte Jackson wiffing on the 98 yard TD pass), the fumble recovery on the muffed return (also by Jackson), a fumble in the red zone, and Guice going the wrong way with the game on the line.
- The psych-O's response...Emsminger is shite! He is why we lost!!!
Or
Losing to Alabama. While its true that we got shut out at home, it is important to keep in mind that we were in a 0-0 slugfest at the beginning of the 4th quarter. In a game of that magnitude, we were conservative. Did it cost us the game...maybe. But another possibility, Alabama may actually be pretty decent at this foosball stuff.
- The psych-O's response, we got shut out at home...fire the coaches.
TLDR
When you argue with idiots (the psych-O's are largely the "talk-over types that refuse to hear/read logic), then there are actually two idiots. I try not to engage them. If I do though, logic is their enemy. They hate It!
Again, if the wheels fall off, then fire the staff. At this point, I can't imagine how expectations haven't been met (if not succeeded).

I agree. After all the praise that the Auburn front seven has received this season, I expected Burrow to be running for his life.
The o-line played a great game yesterday.

That's cause you only look at negative..... I have given Miles tremendous amount of praise while he was here.... AND I was critical as well... Just like I will with coach O........... I am fair across the board.................

The same way posters "criticized" Miles? You're being a hypocrite by complaining about the way some people are treating o and E, when some of you guys did the same thing to Miles, Cameron and others that were on the staff.

This is try a false equivalency. Do you mean to tell me Les was getting shite on at the same level as O in the first year (or two). GTFO. That is ABSOLUTE bullshite. I liked the Les Miles hire (not many did at the time). I figured if he could beat OU while at OSU, he must be pretty good. His downfall...his steadfast determination to fit the square peg in the round hole (aka...running into 8 and 9 man fronts). I pointed this out in 2007 coming back from the Alabama game. I said the deep ball would back out the safeties and allow us to run. We didnt do it much tgat night and it alnost cost us against an inferior Alabama team. Let me let you in on a secret concerning his philosophy...he never changed. Even when we had Mett, OBJ, and Landry...many of those catches were amazing receptions on third and LOOOOOONGS! Les just simply REFUSED to change. He is a great man, a superb recruiter, and was intelligent enough to go with a basic concept...have a great defense led by a good/great DC, don't turn the ball over, and control the clock with the run. The issue was that our O lines were were either poorly put together, overvalued from a talent standpoint, or just simply overwhelmed due to scheme. Fournette and company were just so amazing, that they overcame the offensive play calling scheme. Les is a legend in the sport. He has a ring and should have the red carpet treatment every time he is on campus. For me though, in spite of his accomplishments, it was time for him to go. The program was in decline imo. Just my .02.
