As it stands today, LSU has an RPI of 4.

RPI:
1 Wake
2 Kentucky
3 Arkansas
4 LSU
5 Florida

I’m sure it’s a given it’ll be #1 Wake and #2 Arkansas.

Then it gets “interesting”:

LSU: SoS (13), NC RPI (4), NC SoS (73)
Q1 (17-11), Q2 (9-1), Q3 (6-1), Q4 (10-0)

UF: SoS (21), NC RPI (20), NC SoS (157)
Q1 (19-11), Q2 (8-0), Q3 (1-1), Q4 (14-1)

LSU has better numbers but UF has the East and a share of the SEC.

So who gets the #3?

Interesting to note: #4 is in the same bracket as Wake, #3 is in the opposite bracket.

Doesn’t matter we lose out in Supers. Pitching injuries killed us. Period.

Without even knowing the draw... this sounds ridiculous.

Besides.. who's not fighting the injury bug?

Sure it matters, even more so in the Supers.

#3 is matched with the #14 National Seed.

#4 is matched with the #13 National Seed.

Idk what will happen but we have a better chance in the super. Just win two. We don’t hVe to worry about a game 3.

I’d say 3-5 range depending on what happens this week.

Yes and its a good point ab Wake Forest. I'd rather see us drop to 6 or 7 than get the 4.

Do they normally do seeding based on the whole season or based on the last 3 weeks and how a team is trending? Answer that, and that'll answer your question.

Bracket 1 in Omaha:
1 v 8
5 v 4

Bracket 2:
2 v 7
3 v 6

But who gets the 3, 4, & 5 instead of LSU?

I can’t see there being THAT much movement in the top 5 RPI-wise during conference tourneys.

More likely to win 2 in a SR than 3 or 4 in a regional.

I think Florida has a better chance of ending up #2 than Arkansas. Really Wake being #1 is the only thing settled. Though I do think 7 of the 8 national seeds are pretty locked up.

C’mon man don’t bring that logic in here. You know better. Let the “experts” handle this.
