I cannot imagine being over the age of 25 and taking this as seriously as some of you. It comes of like a mental health issue.

Once again, everyone complaining was likely on their couch for the game.

And everyone saying “kids live on their phones” likely post here incessantly during games.

Most of the kids aren't old enough to buy beer and those that can cannot afford $12 ultras all night

I brought 6 kids to their first lsu game. They didn’t want to leave, They wanted to go all the way down and see the mascot and cheerleaders when it cleared out. Thats what we did.

Pretty sure that was the right thing to do. She knew it once she accepted the fact we weren’t leaving.

For most, the games are not as important to you after you finish school. I don’t know the players nearly as well as I did when I was in school. That’s the point. You have a limited amount of time to enjoy them as much as a student can. Take advantage.

Think about a kid you are twice his age. You think you have a couple things you could tell that kid you know based on your experiences?

Now think of that kid telling you that you are old and stupid. I don’t want to be preachy. I want whomever is a student to have as much fun as possible and help my old school to have an awesome stadium experience.

Id love to not look completely creepy and just enjoy a game in the student section.

LSU should eliminate the student section, sell those tickets for the money -but those people probably wouldn't stay, either.

We were all that Age once, but the thing I don’t really understand is when people say…well the Students leave the game so they can get to the parties.

What College party starts at 8:30? When I was in College we didn’t go out until 11:00 or 12:00.

Our student section sucks…other schools blow it away.

In Wisconsin they stay for the “5th quarter”. Band plays after the game is over…place is packed No matter who the Play.

But people don’t stay because of the opponent, or style of play, or the weather, traffic, concessions, score.

The truth is it’s a social scene…majority go to be seen and then get the Hell out of there.

I don’t blame a single person for leaving early. You want to sit through a blowout against a trash opponent and wear it like a badge of honor? Great.
I don't know what they're so proud of. I stay until the end but I'm just weird like that. It's not some great accomplishment. I understand that most people don't want to stay to watch a game that's a blowout.

The funny thing is that most of these motherfrickers flexing left early or never went to the game. There were very few people left at the end.

I find it amusing when a bunch of people who were never students at LSU get mad at the LSU Students for not staying during a non conference blowout

The student will be out in full force for ole Miss

How many 777 pilots do we have here? Seems like a disproportionate amount. You’re used to 11 hours of boredom, most of the world is not.
