Why? Right now that's about the only response they can make. You would not accept the real reasons. You won't accept that Kelly needs about 2-3 years to get in a position to be competitive.

He should say we’re failing at offense because we are asking our qb to run a system that doesn’t match his skills and we will make the drastic changes needed to make Jayden the best he can be.
On defense, we’re going to adjust some things to get our 11 best on the field as much as possible.
On special teams, we are going to bring in a consultant to show Polian what to do and we are going to remove all of the walkons and put in our 4 and 5 star head hunters to light some people up on coverage and return some kicks and punts for long distances to change field position and to help score some points.

Huh? There are constantly threads on here shitting on O because he said this exact thing. Truth is, Kelly’s press conference was not impressive at all.
