When will LSU recruit a true Cajun QB?

I am still waiting on a real Cajun QB at LSU. We need to be recruiting the areas of Cut Off, Houma, Geydan, Cameron, Pierre Part, Thibodaux, etc. It's time for a QB named Boudreaux and Fontenot to take the field as an LSU QB.

Oh god
Why do you guys ignore that most of Louisiana, including most whites, are not Cajun
This is Louisiana state university
Not Cajun state university

I'm sure LSU would love such a guy...
But unfortunately Acadiana hasn't produced many lately.
Like the jist though...

Why recruit most of those areas if there’s no talent?

LSU did let Bobby Hebert get away to Northwestern State. Seems LSU looks for QB's in North LA, and other states. So are there any good ones in true Cajun country? Just Saying!

You act as though players like Bobby Hebert and Tommy Hodson (though I'm not sure you'd consider Hodson a true Cajun) come along every year. I'm sure when one comes along that's good enough, Orgeron won't have an issue offering him a scholarship.

Do u know where Hodson is from? You obviously don’t.

Dude I'm from here, and this post made me cringe. The whole "cajun" thing is so annoying. No one gives a frick. Plus you can't spell Gueydan.

Just call him T-Joe Burreaux

Bobby J (hebert) was a starting safety at SL when the season started. The only reason he even played QB was because starter got hurt a couple of games into season.
as they say. The rest is history.
Hodson's family was way more (still is) cowboy than Cajun.

When Louisiana high schools start developing better QBs

Tommy Hodson left LSU 30 years ago. I'd think one would have come along since then for sure.

It was a typo but your point has merit. Maybe LSU would get their names wrong on the jerseys.

When the tan boys get taller than 5 and a half feet

In all seriousness, you have more of a chance for Cajun CBs.
We had a few in high school who could have played anywhere... But all they wanted was to farm and have families. Can't fault em for it.
Our last get together I watched a 33 year old dad burn a kid who's running a 4.7... The look on his face when he couldn't catch him had us all rolling
