i was at that game .. that second half was some cool shite .. supposedly, at halftime, a few key players approached saban and convinced him to put davey in the game ... kinda wonder where that season would have gone had he just stuck with rohan after that tennessee game ..

Tyson Browning's 93 yard Screen pass TD in 03'. Crowd got louder.
It's been on ever since

Awesome. Deafening "L S U...L S U... L S U" chant before the UGA kickoff - which Devery returned to midfield, setting up Skyler's TD.
The student section was in the air....

Then Webster's tipped drill INT shut up Herbstreit - who, 40 yards away on the west PMAC up-ramp, was talking about 'this will be a big victory for the Bulldogs.'

night games in TS rule. There is NO comparison. I grew up out of state and have traveled to approx 25 games, and I will put that UGA game up against any I have been to. One of the best weekends of my life. Incredible game. I took my best friend who graduated from UGA, & spent 4 yrs in their student section. To this day, he says he has never experienced crowd noise of that magnitude. That day took us to serious contender. Gameday & a national audience were witnesses.

This is for the conspiracy theorists who like to tie shite together-
1995 season.

Dinardo began locking up all the premier instate talent and restored the excitement.

For those that must insist "Saban is the answer", keep in mind that LSU scorched his Mich St team in the Indy Bowl that season. THAT was his introduction to LSU's potential. I doubt he comes here if not for that game.
