I had to eat quite a bit of money because I had tickets and a flight to the game in Columbia. Made a donation to the relief fun in Columbia. LSU is great at being class acts at the right time. I know our fans will be great host to the fans. Geaux Tigers!!! Hope the gamecocks have a great experience that made the trip.

I don't know how the players will be treated but, I expect compassion to be demonstrated.
Tailgaters plan on making extra just for the USC fans.
The band is playing their alma mater and fight song.
We are going to beat them.

UT planting the flag on the eye after Rita on that Monday night which resulted in a big laugh for the rest of the SEC soured me on such things.

If we lose this game, everybody will be pissed at Miles and the players. Yet the fans want to go into the game feeling sorry for the opponent...I hope the players don't.

Why would we cheer them when they enter? How will that help in their relief efforts? How you help is by making donations of some sort. This is still a big game for us. Would you cheer if it were Bama instead of USC? Hell no....

Booing is fun for everybody. It isn't some gesture of disrespect. It's sports. I've played and been booed. It's part of why sports are fun. Just boo the opponent and have a good time. I'm sure the USC players will have a good time playing football as usual.

I just don't get why LSU fans think these gestures are so noble. It is a football game, in Baton Rouge, no matter how you slice it LSU fans are going to cheer and be vested in their own team.
