They average 10 players drafted per year over the last 4 years. That doesn’t include their undrafted players or their transfers.
We lost around 30-35 players from the roster last year and 18 of 22 starters. When did Bama lose that many?
I dont see any grief for Chase, Shelvin, and Vincent opting out in this thread. So of the returning players we also lost two AA's and a All SEC player by their choice.

Coaches who have undefeated national championship seasons shouldn’t need to make excuses.

And we are still have way, way more talent than Miss St and Mizzou. Mizzou started a freshman at QB and was missing 3 of its top receivers and defensive linemen. State completely changed it's offense and set an SEC record against us. The roster turnover is just a lame excuse for those two performances.

I said this last year as well. Because well he can’t coach. And unless he has extremely talentEd coaches coaching for him, he sucks.
Wonder why Saban changes assistant coaches so often?
Does Saban Coach every position on the field?
The one thing Saban does consistently is recruit.
He recruited at LSU. Did he have a drop off in performance at LSU after we won the BCS Championship?
Remember Iowa?
Did he lose 90% of his starters after the BCS? No!
When has Saban played a game vs a team with equal talent?
Last season vs LSU?
Posted on 10/24/20 at 8:35 am to GetmorewithLes
Again, the talent is there. Do you think Saban is 1-2 right now with this same team. Kirby? Mullen?

Why can’t O convince players to stick around the way Saban does?

Which reminds me that the vaunted Bama did not beat a ranked team last year...

Alabama reloads, every year with similar losses
And Ohio State, Clemson, Georgia to an extent, Oklahoma in their big XII kind of way. Even Penn State, almost. Those teams expect to start and stay top 10 every year (right now). There is no reason we shouldn't want the same.

Show me someone ok with losing, and I’ll show you a fricking loser.
Posted on 10/24/20 at 9:50 am to GetmorewithLes
They also didn't lose to an unranked team, much less two of them in the first 3 games. That's what this is about.
Posted on 10/24/20 at 9:53 am to champj3
You almost nailed it. Nick Saban would never have a year like this. Bama has been down on the odd year though.

You talk about managing expectations and shite on Miles, ie. you're a fool.
Posted on 10/24/20 at 10:38 am to champj3
Miles lost a close game to a Top 10 WI team and then was ONE second short of winning against AU. If LF was not hurt, LSU wins those games. Miles never put out a pathetic team like what is going on this season - Never.

Whut? The only thing more annoying than perpetually over-reacting negatigers/sunshine pumpers are the fans who believe that what they think somehow shapes teams. Come on back down to earth buddy.

Literally
While I agree with you about the definition, language is not static. It changes over time and in some cases, words take on the opposite definition. For example, terrible and terrific have the same root and now have opposite meanings.
Many of the words we use today have very different meanings their original definitions.
In this context, he obviously means figuratively. Charles Dickens used the word literally to mean figuratively.

Say all you want, but those games are easily won if Bo wasn't being an idiot.

What does last year have to do with this

Real shite dude I was thinking this in my head as I was reading the thread. There are fans who want to see LSU become the next dynasty. And there are fans that are cool with one ring a decade. This shite really has been unacceptable man. Have some fricking standards. Is this an elite school or not?
