When did baseball dugouts turn into softball dugouts?

I could see Skip bringing in a rope or something, but not sure about all the props, chants, singing, headgear, etc.

I think it's great. These kids feed off the energy and some of their antics have to be earned like Tennessee players wear a mink coat after a homer. It's all part of the fun

I went the other way, and highly recommend it. La. was a great place to grow up, but not so sure now. All the problems in the world started when Fremaux Road got its own exit!
