When all this chaos is over for 2022 entering class, what lawsuits are next?

Sure the 5 for 5 does a lot and hope it cuts down on 90% of the problems, but there's always something else that will present itself. I just think it would be foolish to think this settles it all.
I do believe that the schools should enforce the laws of the conferences and the NCAA and that should be it. No more TROs, injunctions, etc. However, I also believe the players doing those things this year should be able to play. Once this year is done, start from a clean slate where EVERYONE is on a level playing field.
Just my take.

Only scenario related to this would be if a player tried to sue to come back after going undrafted or being cut before Week 1, but the only reason these TROs are successful is because the rule changed after these players declared/went into the draft, so it’s not really an issue next year

I’m sure you’ll have some medical redshirt/JUCO type of suits here and there but much fewer cases than this year. Important to keep in mind this madness right now is a direct result of the NCAA making the 5/5 rule so late in the game, despite how much they want to lay it at the feet of lane kiffin. These TROs have been coming out for a few months now post that 5/5 decision.

As long as there are lawyers, and no collective bargaining agreement with college players, there will continue to be new legal challenges for things we used to take for granted.

E.g., an NFL player who left college after 3 years and then had a short NFL stint (3 years, for example) will sue for the right to go play for Bama or Utah State or somebody.

And what gives the NCAA the authority to cap it at 5 years arbitrarily?
