How many freshman linebackers can you think of that have made major contributions in the past? LB is a hard position for freshman to contribute to for a multitude of reasons.

Sampah will be in the rotation next year. Webb is playing out of position at DE and in my opinion will never live up to his ranking and should transfer to someone that plays a 3-4.

You think Orgeron knows what good linebackers look like ?

Idk, the last 5 years has been the golden age of LB play at LSU. He should know.

I’ve said the same as much as a few times. I believe Webb’s a tweener at best and just not developing at worst

I want damone Clark out there all game if he’s gonna be the starter. The more reps the better. I swear if he could just eliminate that one play a game where he doesn’t fill the correct gap then he would be a great player.
He leads in tackles every week.

Linebacker play has improved so much fr UCLA though
You had a team in cmu that was running on everyone including Missouri and they didn’t do shite on us

I’m think our coordinators are getting better as well. I’m not ready to give up on this team, sorry. We are still in first place in the west so our goals are still obtainable

I think o knows enough about defense to make decisions on what defense he wants to run. With o it’s all the other shite, he’s competent enough to make executive decisions defensively. Jmo. I’m just like y’all with wanting o to win or be gone, but I don’t think some of y’all realize how much it would hurt recruiting and continuity with almost certainly losing our new coordinators if he gets fired.

Let’s fricking win 9 or 10 games and build off that. I don’t want to start over from scratch

Throw them out there maybe one is a gamer

Fans are forever suggesting that coaches ignore practice and just throw inferior players out there because “maybe he is a gamer”.

A player has to show he can get it done in practice before he gets in a game. And any coach would be nuts if he decided to put in his worst players just because, you know, maybe…
