I can watch every game on my smart tv. There’s no parking close by. Traffic is awful. Food is shite and expensive. My couch is better than the seats there.

When they created the SEC network schools got paid. Yet none of that money has gone to make the fan experience any better. So I can stay home and enjoy it.

Baseball attendance has been on the decline for a few years now. It’s why they stopped posting actual attendance. Honestly I think it’s in part due to the old crowd dying off and the young crowd isn’t as into baseball

Plus ever single game is available from home so young people aren’t showing up

1. It's Missouri
2. We haven't been that good this year and have had some bad losses
3. St Patrick's day parade in BR today. Going for drunk and /or sex at this point
4. March madness on tv
5. Pels on tv
6. Really shitty weather all weekend

I'd like to know the number of LSU baseball fans who decided to stay home and watch that instead of being at the Box.

People will attend a winner for the most part. Then there’s the Astros and mid week games. My friend buys $6 tickets and upgrades for $19. So for $25 he is sitting in a lower section on the third or first base side.
People don’t show up for many different reasons.

But in my opinion TV and traffic are the number 1 and 2 reasons why people stay home.

The attendance is way down tonight. Maybe people are turned off to baseball due to no evidence of excitement.

Anyone saying traffic is a problem must be a retarded student driver. You dumb fricks need to stay home so I don’t have to worry about my truck getting smashed.

I’ve never let concessions determine whether I attend a sporting event either. Eat before you get there or eat after.

It is early and teams take time especially in baseball. I’m stretched it like a big Indian with an Envie enjoying the game.

Part of it is this. Small ball sucks.
Part of it is the weather. It rains every damn weekend.
The last bit is home experience versus attending experience.

We can be part of history tonight. The women made history today in basketball. C. Michigan won their very first NCAA game againt the women. Tonight can be special if Missouri wins. They would beat LSU for the first time ever in baseball. Aint that a hoot?
