Heading to the Oktoberfest festival in town this afternoon before the game so no cooking.

Out here across from the vet school. Gonna be grilling up some skirt steak for some steak tacos. And the usual boudin and sausage.

Headed out to campus in a few. Got some beautiful gator cheek meat. Fresh caught. Sac a Lait to fry up. Rest of crew got brisket, jambalaya,wings and boudin 3 ways. Always a good time in the shadow of the stadium.
