I want to see that when mistakes are made, they are recognized in film sessions and addressed in practice rather than repeated game after game for 11 years
I wanna see that when a gameplan is clearly not working that in-game adjustments are made rather than continuing to run into a brick wall
crush the teams you're supposed to crush, beat the teams you're supposed to beat, don't get blown out

Not look inept and unorganized everytime we take the field. Have a coach that exudes self discipline and attention to detail and innovation rather than bafoonary and sloppiness.
