2008 was a big letdown. Coming off a championship it was unsettling to see so many pick-sixes. Any year Alabama wins gets dishonorable mention.

It was actually fun to watch LSU football again after Miles was gone.

Absolutely correct.

The only bad loss for O in 2016 was Florida, and they were SEC East champs. LSU lost by 10 to a Bama team that went to the NC game.

Avg margin of victory in the 6 wins was 25 points.

LSU didn’t squeak out wins vs Arky or Ole Miss, or worse lose to Arky or Ole Miss, which we’d gotten used to under Miles.

"Even against Florida, we had 423 yrds/game."

Oh, definitely. We moved the ball plenty against Florida that year but just failed to put enough points on the board and then Guice ran the wrong way.

For me, 2016 was, on balance, a good season because we made the break which Miles, which was painful but had to happen, and we showed some signs of coming around on offense.

That 2010 season was a disappointment. I felt like we were better than Auburn that year. Had we won that game we might have another championship.

2002 was also very tough.
shite the bed against VT to start the year.
Mack could barely complete a pass against a shite State squad we still managed to blow out.
Demolish Florida, but lose Mauck
Randall lights up SC and we're on a run, only to
Get straight buzzsawed at Jordan-Hare
shite show after that including Arkansas' "miracle" and Roy Williams making our D look like pop warner on NY Day.

Oh and Rick Clausen somehow beat Eli in probably the 2nd most boring SEC game in history. How we made the Cotton Bowl is beyond me. 2003 made up for it though!

2015. Team quit after bama. Then beat aTm to give Miles another chance.

Glad we got O instead of Jimbo but I was pissed in 2015.

2014. Getting dominated by state in tiger stadium, getting blown the hell out by auburn, and getting shut out by a terrible Arkansas team that hadn't won an sec game in forever. The ole miss game was awesome, but we pissed away a chance to beat bama. Oh, and the bowl game was terrible. This was the first season I really thought miles was on his way out

The offense looked completely different from a playcalling standpoint and it was statistically much better across the board. The issue is that we were still running Miles’ shite, archaic playbook that Alabama had shut down for 6 years straight.

Explain UF.
The 2015 team played a top 5 schedule. 2016 was 31 as far as scheduling. Competition matters and that team beat nobody worth a shite. Including TAMU.

It had to be 2016 for me. I was absolutely done with Miles as our coach by that point. When it comes to LSU football, I get way too emotionally attached to the successes and failures of the team (like most of us do). By that point, I was on the LSU football version of Zoloft. Didn't really get surprised at our losses, cracked a smile and that's about it for a win. Les Miles. Yay. Was an absolutely miserable time to be an LSU fan. It's now fun again. You can wear your colors with pride and it's fun to be able to talk a little shite back to Bama fans.

2015. Was such a blue ball team. We beat Florida, are #2 in the first rankings for the CFB playoff that season, fournette is the runaway heisman, everything’s great. Then we get absolutely trounced by bama in a game that he had like 19 carries for 31 yards. Only 1 loss, and keep in mind bama already had a loss so we could still win the conference if Auburn came through in the Iron bowl. Nope! Proceed to get blown out by Arkansas and Ole Miss the next 2 weeks. Just an awful November

2013 season hands down. Having that ridiculous level of offensive talent (and production to go with it) only to watch it wasted by a underwhelming D and 3rd & Chavis was so painful. Most other years of LSU D’s, that offense wins a Natty.

2002 after Mauck’s injury.
2008 was agonizing to watch and, except for the improbable comeback vs Troy, could have been worse.
2009 offense was painful to watch
2014 was the year you knew we were in deep shite and was followed by....
2015 three consecutive blowouts by Ole Miss, Arkansas and Bama...

BUT...
the end of ‘15 beginning of ‘16 was the worst stretch of LSU football this millennium..a 9 game stretch that had us at 4-5!
