What Was the First LSU Football Game You Saw In Person?

I was 12 years old at the 1959 Sugar Bowl LSU 7 and Clemson 0. What I thought remarkable was that everything was in Color. I had only watched Football on Black and White TV. The Grass was Green and the Colors of the Uniforms. I could not get over how everything looked real. I had a Chinese Bandit Hat and bought a Pennant that I had on my wall for a long time as well as the Chinese Bandit Hat. We were in the South End Zone at Tulane Stadium. After the game we stopped and ate at Middendorfs because we were going back to Amite.

2000 vs Tennesssee. Still one of the top 3 games I've been to.

Don't remember my first game sometime 1986-87 I was around 2 years old still in diapers.

The first one I remember was the Ole Miss game, October 31, 1959.

1977 - Florida - we kicked the $hit out of them.

Oregon St 2004. Freshman year. Monsoon, streaker, and missed FGs and PATs. It was a great start to my freshman year

First one I remember for sure was Tulane. I remember the stadium smelling like bourbon. And the fights back then... Different atmosphere than today in every way. This was 78/79.
