Super early but I feel like by the time he’s done with high school, he’ll be a 5 star! Just finished his freshman year and locking up offers from the likes of Texas Tech, Oregon State, Cal, SMU, etc. He’s a Louisiana native and the son of Tasmin Mitchell. He camped at LSU this past week I saw too.

I was actually in Etihad for the Derby. My first EPL match to attend. I was sitting in the City section so couldn’t celebrate the goals but watching the United fans cheer them was almost just as great! I mean…I could have celebrated them but wouldn’t have been worth the trouble lol
The most petty part of all this is Ole Miss released a hype video this week showing their game day uniforms to this same song…

Played Indian Bayou last week and enjoyed it. Wanted to play Kelly but someone I knew had played the day before and said they had just punched.
Driving range or the similar near Santa Rosa Beach area

Headed there this weekend but don’t really want to play 18 as I haven’t been hitting the range as much as normal. Want to instead get some good practice in a couple mornings. Are there any practice areas I’m missing that’s not 30 mins away from Santa Rosa? There are a couple of courses closer but they’re either private clubs or you need to be playing a round to use the range.
Travel case advice

Looking at buying a travel case. I usually borrow a friend’s which is a soft but I see a good deal on a hard case. No issues with the one I’ve borrowed but are there any advantages (or disadvantages) you’ve seen to a hard one?
Cart bag vs stand bag

My wife just bought me a cart bag for my birthday and I’m torn. I’ve always had a stand bag and that’s what I was planning on getting again. This new one is the PING Traverse cart bag. I’ve always ridden and will be getting a push cart soon. Should I keep the cart bag or go back with a stand? Trying to get advice to help look at the pros and cons of each.

Say you’re playing a par 5 and have a terrible tee shot. One that’s super short and or far from the fairway, what’s your mental process like and then your next shot process like? I’m a 23 hc and trying to stop instances like this to snowball into even worse the rest of the hole.
This is something where you’d bring your own clubs right?
Had a new TM putter I won at work and traded it in there. Got pretty close to retail for it surprisingly.

Played Ram Rock twice this week. Once in a scramble and once solo. Loved it. Rarely used my driver the solo day.
Honestly I don’t think we find out with this weekend’s game. FSU doesn’t seem to possess the passing game necessary to really tell us…unless of course we’re just THAT bad as a secondary.
