I guess after all the transfers it was we are not extending you
Then she called fargas and he called in a favor to the raiders owner
Interesting no deal made yet

Sadly I only have one upvote to give. Now that’s all I can imagine Woodward saying. Well done

Find a job and leave gracefully or else you will be fired? This was the way Les Miles used to fire assistants.

IMO based on how everything has panned out

They told her they were gonna make a run at another high profile coach and that her days may be numbered and gave her a chance to start looking elsewhere for future employment weeks ago. As soon as LSU got in position to get Kim, they respectfully let her step down on her own.

Nikki clearly had been planning towards next year but Woodward did a good job of getting everything lined up correctly and got it right. Seemed like it worked out peacefully between all parties.

If we get out of this without a buyout that’s be wild.

Or they paid her on the DL and she walked so everyone saved face.

Idk

LSU owed her only 200k/yr remaining on her contract if they fired her. Was written into her final contract and she had only one year remaining, so that wouldn’t have been a problem. Like others, I think she was told to look elsewhere to make the optics look better.
