Tommy Hodson had a great freshman season.

While CJ was the one and only reason many people bought Tigervision, I gotta say Shawnson Johnson

Cecil Collins lit it up, until he got hurt.

Matheiu was money from day 1. He pooped off the screen his first game and continued to make plays.

I can agree with that.
Tommy Hodson was a redshirt freshman but he should get some votes as well.
Pre season, I remember when fans were asking Arnsparger, what are we going to do without a QB. Arnsparger answered, we have a quarterback. First game was vs Texas A&M, who was ranked, coming off a Bowl victory, and their QB returned. We won the game convincingly. Boy was Arnsparger right. We had a quarterback. I think I still have a copy of the game on VCR.

Dalton Hillard or Kevin Faulk, take your pick but you are splitting hairs. Both had a huge impact on the team and out come of the seasons. 1982 for Dalton and 1995 for Kevin.

Dalton Hilliard. He had 901 rushing yds., 1269 total yds., and 16 touchdowns.

Dalton Hilliard without question.

Cecil "the diesel" was one of the best I remember. Although his playing time got cut short due to a broken leg. Man amongst boys though when he had the ball!
