What to do to improve our hitting game?

Scoring only one run in the last 2 games is unacceptable. Who would you like to be our hitting coach?

Georgia scored 2 so far..just saying...some great pitching going on.

It doesn’t matter who the hitting coach is until Mainieri is willing to be patient. He wins a lot doing it his way. It is what it is.

It seems to me that our guys 'take' too many pitches right down the pipe and then swing at a low and outside curve ball.

LSU's lefthanded batters are 3-18 the last 2 days against their LHP. This will continue to be a problem as we face better pitchers. Our best hitters are indeed LH, but they are at a severe disadvantage paired up against LHP. We do not have the RH hitters to pick up the slack. And you can't sit the LH guys because they are out best hitters.

Stop facing good pitching. Good pitching beats good hitting any day. Good pitchers always have an advantage.

Need offensive production from Beloso, Hughes, Mathis, and whoever is the DH
