The McKay that just got drafted from Howard College is not Cole McKay that pitched here. Cole would be listed as Ryan McKay. Tyler McKay just got drafted.

The only thing that worries me about Cabell is how much does he want the college experience? Hopefully he’s not one of the ones that jumps to JUCO IF he doesn’t get the number he wants from the Brewers, that’s something I don’t have an answer to.

Did Dawson improve after he left LSU?
His LSU career batting average was .111 which was also his slugging %. He had more walks (3) than hits (2) as a batter.
And defensively in 20 fielding opportunities he made 3 errors for a .897 fielding %.

Yeah, he had a high strike out rate and closed games for San Jac both years there. Just another high leverage reliever to add to our stocked staff.
