It’s a relative term.
Doughty, Moffit, Reese, Nowak... Reid

Paul will have a tough job to get to 35. Some great players will need to find other homes before next season.
Just assuming things go as we expect (which they inevitably won't), I predict the following:
Reese, Feduccia, Reid, Hughes, Broussard, Nowak, Kodros, Moffit, Taylor Petersen, and Vietmeier are all told to hit the road. We just cannot have a roster with Feduccia, Reid, and Hughes. That's three wasted spots.
Doughty gets the Fury treatment and becomes a manager.
Bryce Jordan retires.

Chris Reid is a professional.
Assuming Turang and Kelly are the only signees.
Sanders
Bush
Nowak
Reese
Doughty? Brother is a commit.
Jordan? Someone mentioned he may be ready to hang them up.
Webre? Didn’t make the trip to Corvallis.
Feduccia? Sounds like he wants to sign.
Moffitt
Still need 2 more I believe.

He's an amazing kid but may not survive this roster crunch. Besides, he'll almost certainly spend his senior year watching from the sidelines. I'd personally rather go to a small school and finish my baseball career actually playing.

That's why I think they keep him around a as a student manager. There is no way he actually expected to be on the roster for four years.

If things go as they are: I have the following guys in my weekend rotation: Marceaux, Hill, and Eric Walker. I have Zach Hess back at closer. Todd Peterson is the set up man. You have Mi'Khail Hilliard as your weekday starter. You have Storz, Labas, Beck, Fontnoet, Ripoll, and Henry as your main bullpen guys. That is a good problem to have. Then you still have to make room for the other freshman guys.
Then you have hitters like Elijah Cabell, Willis, Garza, DiGiacomo, and Bianco. We have a chance to be pretty good.

Will he even get drafted? Reid is a good program guy to have, but if you have a difference maker available , you take it and don’t blink.

Hilliard is a weekend guy unless injured or regresses

Hughes and Broussard will remain. They aren’t going anywhere.

Hughes, Broussard,
Want to bet they are not only on the team but start at middle infield and greatly improve?
Slaughter is going to go when he get drafted
So is Sanders

Storz in the pen resolves the logjam at SP and frees him up to DH or 1B. I approve.

in what universe? He's a great kid but he does not have a future in baseball beyond college. I think he knows that too

Landon Marceaux and Jaden Hill are better than Hilliard. And I'm not not knocking Hillard at all. But both Marceaux and Hill are legit weekend guys.

You think both start?
I think they’ll be tigers but they aren’t locked in as Starters IMO

Sorry, that was apparently a well disguised joke.

Hilliard was our ace this year. He’s got a year of SEC starts under his belt.
You think 2 true freshman overtake him?

Hillard is going to start on the weekend if healthy
He has better stuff than Walker has
OF will probably be Cabrera, DiGiacomo, and Cabell
Willis starts at C and Garza at 1B
Bianco will be a backup or DH I'd expect Gavin Dugas or the slugger from JC to see the field before him

But both Marceaux and Hill are potential legit weekend guys. Hilliard has already proven he's a legit weekend guy.
FIFY.
