This is what you call deflection my friends.

Matt Canada took that same offensive talent on the road and put up nearly as many yards in one game than Ensminger has in two.

Well he did do a great job of putting together a defensive game plan, being absolutely depleted at DB. That situation kept getting worse throughout the game, and he still found ways to hold it together. Wouldn't you say he did an amazing job?

Saying that doesn't mean the offense didn't play a huge role in helping the defense out in this game. The offense also did a great job.

With a worse qb imo.

Better RBs

Realistically I liked a lot of the plays we ran against UCF, but I sorta have to take it with a grain of salt because it’s UCF.

We are not going to throw 4 20+ yards TDs on every team we play.

Heisman qb and great wr and rbs...and you can still have a great oline without having NFL talent

maybe you should talk to lester earl because he thinks having 3all sec olinemen( 2 went to the nfl) and rimington award finalist for our 2016 oline isnt good enough.

0 points against bama for the 2 years he was in charge of the offense.

He should be fired for that alone.

Clearly they just should have executed better.

What’s interesting is that a lot of the guys who are pounding the dirt to blame execution are the guys who blamed Canada for not simplifying his offense enough for the players to learn.

I guess execution wasn’t important last year.

They were very inconsistent. I reviewed the game and noted, I think in Q1, it took the offense 3 plays to gain one yard on running plays against a weak defense. This is hard to understand if the O-line is good. It probably explains some of the red zone futility. The o-line is just not getting it done. Period.

Back the the afore-mentioned series, I think a play pass on 2nd and 1 would have been a much better call. The offense is killing this program and Eddie had better get it solved...soon.

I actually screwed this up.

The 2015-16 and 2016-17 Clemson teams that hung 550 and 511 yards on Alabama didn't have a single O-lineman drafted in the 2016, 2017, or 2018 drafts.

I know Deshaun Watson was a beast, but the point remains - you can do it many different ways, and LSU hasn't found a single way to do it yet.

With new talent and offensive player continuity from this year to next Coach E will silence the critics next season.

This is far from certain. Also, penalties destroyed a lot of drives including a false start on LSU's opening drive. That said, Burrow did score on the preceding play.

This team also makes too many mistakes. Simple as that. You decide how much the coaching has to do with that.

*Poor Red Zone efficiency

*Poor 3rd Down efficiency

*Lack of Creativity in the passing game
(WR Route combinations & RPOs)

*Terrible TE usage

*Being shutout against Bama with 2 weeks to prepare. (2016 & 2018)

*Forcing guys on the field that aren't productive (ex: Giles)

*Screens are nonexistent

Prepare for a bunch of jokes about how old he is and that he’s a terrible coordinator...with no specifics about formations or what he should have done differently.

There were some questionable playcalls, but I found the design to be pretty good, but every time he would break out of the shell, the o-line would shite the bed and it was back to stage 1.

Runs that start out going sideways, going for a field goal in the TAM game when a TD would have won the game. Still POed about that series.

Excellent comments by most. My issue is the Lack of touchdowns in the red zone. And it should be absolutely unacceptable, there is no excuse for a team in their 13th game of the season to be penalized for 145 yards. That is either a lack of discipline or focus. That rest with coaching not having consequences for poor play.
