You still need good talent to execute that game plan and it wasn't there on the field.

Just problems in execution obviously with Copeland's fumble and our secondary getting burned.

Well, the coaching put it in Copeland's hands when he hadn't played in a while and was coming off of a concussion. I know it's not their fault he fumbled, but they probably should've just stuck with who drove them all the way down there.

We ran too much on 1st and 2nd down and put ourselves in 3rd and long situations too much. Even though we did a good job of converting a lot of them, we didn't use what appeared to be our advantage often enough.

Though the offense did well at times, it was pretty vanilla looking quite a bit.

I am not a surgeon, but I can tell when one has done a poor job when I see a hand reattached to a leg. You don't need to understand something deeply to know when it is not being done well.

When your QB can't see a wide open TE up the middle for a TD, the offense can look vanilla at times, but that is not the fault of coaching or the offensive scheme. Your QB is playing in Cameron's system for less than a full year, and the difference from last year is like night and day.

With just a few months of coaching under Cam Cameron, Mett is likely to be drafted in the 2nd round next year. LSU's offensive future looks very bright as long as Cameron is at LSU.

He had one down year dude....2012, which with the defections has created a hole this year. It is very simple to see.

Taking our best blocker out because he fumbled. Hey if you don't want to give him the ball fine. We saw against ole miss what happens without JC.

Mett has the physical tools and he proved he's tough as shite when that pathetic o line quit, but I dont think he has enough upstairs to make it at the next level.

but he's still one of the best we have ever had. so hopefully we send him out a winner.

but with this D and horrible arse O line I don't see it happining.

What specifically did Les Miles do wrong tonight?

Here is the problem, it is simply that is own players don't have the confidence that he is going to put them in a position to win SEC & NC titles, this is why they are leaving early. That is why Miles has to go, because whether anyone likes it or not Miles has lost the confidence of his players to win the big one.

When Bennie Logan and RJF are saying things like this;

quote:

quote:
@da_king_son18: “@Freakyjean99: That's game, you can't blame kids for leaving early. If your successful take your talent to the next level.”

that says it all. It is time for Miles to go before it gets really bad. If 8th in the SEC right now, and we have a damn good shot at losing the a&m game because Manziel is going to have a field day on us, it is just whether we can out score their defense, how does that feel? 8th if the freaking SEC, with all the talent we have that should be unacceptable by anyone's standards and especially the LSU admin. But wait remember the 90's so 8-5 is better than that!!! What a croc of shite.

I posted comments from JJ 2 days ago and posters jumped my arse because it was from JJ. What people don't get is JJ was taking up for Miles but in doing so he actually show the difference in coaching styles and why Miles is losing the confidence of his current players and former players to win the important games, because he is a fricking class clown!!!

JJ qoutes;

quote:

I think what was funny and pretty untold was Les Miles dancing at one of our practices. On certain days, they play music for crowd noise and if it is a song Coach Miles like, he would start dancing to it. It was hilarious.

on Saban

quote:

Nick Saban disciplines his team to make sure there is not many mistakes. That makes a team like that hard to beat. There are not too many flaws, blown coverages or missed assignments.

This is what Miles has done wrong, he wants to be the fricking center of attention so much with his moronic statements and actions he is the class clown. What the sunshine pumpers don't realize is we are all being laughed at.

fricking Fire Miles, before we become Miss St.

Watch and see how many leave early this year, and everyone of them will have legitimate enough excuses for the sunshine pumpers to say "what did you expect they should have left."

No they are leaving because they know Les is not taking them to the promise land, unlike with Saban the Bama players know that he will. Did anyone else see the 13 players for Bama that CBS highlighted that graduated that were still playing, that is why Bama will continue to beat us. Saban gets the players he needs to win Championships to stay. Miles can't do that the players have lost confidence in him.

The truth hurts but it doesn't make it any less the truth.

Be careful you will have a couple of drive by's from the sunshine pumpers that like to stick their heads in the sand and yell "All is Well" while our SEC brethren run around whacking them on the they are afraid to see reality. Yet when they hear someone speak the truth they go all crazy and start yelling "remember the 90's."

Yeah I remember the 90's and don't want to regress to that, and if we have another 4 or 5 loss season next year and with all the talent we will be losing on offense this year, that is definitely a possibility. The wheels will definitely need changing, because they will start to fall off the cart.

agreed sir. new QB with zero experience. RB's with no beef(spare me the LF bullshite) WR might be decent, at best.

O line is horrendous. a dumpster fire. TE is non factor.

How do you think bama gets kids to there knowing they in many cases they won't see the field for 2 or 3 years because of the depth?

Couldn't be farther from the truth. Saban plays the best players no matter their class.

Losing that kind of experience is going to hurt, you don't have to look any further than the 8 starters on defense this past year to see what is around the corner.

This is who we will definitely be losing;

Mett
Copeland
Neighbors
Boone
Wright
Blue

and here are the probables

OBJ - gone
Landry - gone
Hill - gone
Collins

In reality it will be 7 starters "if you count both Copeland & Neighborss as starters" on offense. Only shot we got is if the O-Line plays like fricking beasts next year.

In addition to recruiting.

A lot of the team quit in the 2nd half. What is Les going to do about that? Last year a lot of the team quit after the bama game for the rest of the season and you could see it even in the bowl game. What did Les do about that?

I swear sometimes it appears like he thinks he has some kind of good luck karma and expects to win the game because he's sending out positive vibes. I know this last paragraph is bullshite, but I know you guys know what I'm sort of getting at. Saban has no positive karma. He's like a little Hitler that doesn't put up with any deviation from the way he wants you to play.

Here is the best part of the O-Line, our commander and chief "Les is just Less" is a former O-lineman and former O-Line coach, why should that be a point of strength on our team!!!

For that and that alone the fricker should be fired!!!!

FFM - fricking Fire Miles

The bottom line is Ole Les does not work or discipline his players to the extent that Saban does and it really shows on the field.
