How do other coaches like Urban Meyer prepare QB's to play 1st to 3rd string with immediate success vs our 3 year in and still scared to pass system?

I'd ask him which Tigerdroppings posters are the most knowledgeable about football tactics and strategy. And would he trust them to coach a pee wee football team.

Football isn't brain surgery. Many of us on this board understand "football tactics and strategy" and can see what's occurring with our own two eyes.
