Literally only Urban Meyer. He is the only coach that can consistently BOTH recruit and coach with Saban. Most can only do one or are inconsistent.

I imagine there are coaches out there that we don't know about. Better question would be what coaches could stand up to saban with the level of talent we have at LSU. I think there would be many.

I really dont think Saban is the absolute greatest gameday coach.

Its a real advantage when you are 3 deep at every position and more talented than any other team you play.

Look at Les Mile's record and how he got it for proof.

I would love to see $aban coach La Tech type school. Just to see what would happen when the talent and other advantages were more even.

This.

1 game series here and there and they can beat Saban, if they played Saban yearly I bet Saban wins 75% of the time against anyone. He's the total package of hiring coaches, recruiting, gameday coaching and motivation.

Sumlin took down Saban once and he will probably never do it again.

He's made some boneheaded in-game coaching decisions which have cost him a game here and there, but what coach hasn't?

there's a random kid in my neighborhood who I sometimes see riding his skateboard. I bet he can coach better than Les Miles.

There's not many. Meyer and Harbaugh would only beat Saban when they're luckier than him.

you need a coach who can consistently pull in the #1 ranked recruiting class every year in order to match Sabans recruiting classes.

As far as coaching goes, just about any coach, including Miles can match him on that, but you do need a good OC
