That was interesting. I’d like to know the actual pounds of meat and seafood that runs through that center.

Wow ! Think of how many families you could feed just on the leftovers .

Damn, I think we got lucky finding that dude. Sounds like he seriously knows his shite.
I think the support people and programs like this are why CBK left Notre Dame. I’m sure he had someone very qualified etc but this just comes off as extremely professional and polished. I’d love to see the equivalent video for some of the other top shelf college programs.

Nothing like the good old days when everybody was in the athletic dorm. If you knew a football or basketball player you could accompany him to the athletic cafeteria on steak night and eat as many steaks as you wanted.

Interesting video. LSU is first class in the food and nutrition department.

That was good. I enjoyed listening to Mike Johnson's story.

Actually part of the sustainability program is working with the Baton Rouge Food Bank. The food for all campus dining programs are donated to the food bank. S0 they are filling a lot of empty bellies.

Not just him, the entire staff in that dining facility bleed purple and gold. Many have have been feeding the athletes for over 20 years. I would say some are considered family by many past and present players.
