1970 Norte Dame 3 LSU 0. Not a victory but nobody expected LSU to give #2 ND so much trouble. ND had the nation's #1 offense, but was shut down by Cholly Mac's defense:

My sophomore year we were losing to KY by 30+ end of 4th quarter the crowed starts chanting LSU. KY fans (there were a few) and KY team looks at us like we were nuts. Dale Brown, grabs mike and thanks crowed...was great.

That LSU victory over favored Tennessee in 2000 was one of the greatest Tiger wins ever, and was the beginning of the modern era of winning football at LSU. This coming the very Saturday after that humiliating loss to UAB and a week dominated by Tennessee players and press dissing LSU and the mystique of Tiger Stadium.

Watching Mississippi State-LSU in 1996 in an absolute downpour was pretty memorable.

Pretty impressive win. Tigers got off to a poor start, trailed 14-7, and then the heavens began to pour, and the team slogged through a 28-20 win on the power of Faulk

Found highlights of the game against Tennessee in 2006. That was a great football game that I never hear about and it was one of my favorite LSU football games. I'll never forget the drive by Jamarcus and the touchdown by Doucet in the final seconds. I was listening to the game on a radio while camping and I remember Jim Hawthorne going crazy. It was a great LSU victory

That was an awesome game. Lost to UAB the week before at home. The crowd was pretty juiced to upset a ranked UT team. I think we led 24-6 at halftime. In TS, fans were happy but uneasy, UT was probably making a comeback. And they did. Rohan to Robert Royal on 1st play of OT was a thing of beauty. Game was Rohan's coming out party in some ways.

i was there. unreal game and probably the most electric ever and I was at the Auburn 2001, UGA 2003 game and UF 2007.

I have fond childhood memories of being in Tiger Stadium to watch 2-8 LSU beat Arkansas 35-10 with Rohan Davey at QB in 1999 after firing Dinardo

Shawn Burks flying hit

That was awesome. And, to give you an example of how intense that series was, imagine the Tigers passing the ball for a TD with just seconds remaining, and an 11 point lead! I can understand why the Greenies were so pissed off, but it was poetic justice in light of the 1982 humiliation.

Davey relieving Booty

It was incredible how the body language of the whole Tiger team changed after Davey ran out on the field to start the second half. You just KNEW the Tigers would win, in spite of how bad they looked in the first half
