Bumping this thread again. We did Shaw Center last year. The venue was really good. We were forced to use a catering service and it was alright but not as good a food as we have had at others.

Is there anything new that has a great ambience and good food near BR?
Only 34 minutes. Too bad Kerr won’t ever let him get extra minutes when he is this hot.
The best subcompact is the Massey Ferguson GC1723 and GC1725M. They invest a lot into it because that is there most popular tractor. The John Deere’s are all plastic and the Kubota has no lift capacity.

Also hard to beat the Yanmar 223 for $16,500 with 10 year warranty.

New York Hotel Recommendations

Going to New York at the end of the month for 3 days and then hitting Boston and up into Main. We have not booked any hotels yet. Can anyone advise on a good area to stay. Prices seem to be extremely high. Any tips?

LSU Hilltop Arboretum on Highland Road.

This is very pretty but it appears that the maximum capacity is only 40 people.

How has Paul Allen not mentioned Drusilla Seafood yet

We actually tried Drusilla Seafood one year but were disappointed. There just wasn’t anything that was special about the room/venue we had. It was buffet style and just didn’t seem like the typical upscale dining that we have been doing.

Christmas Party Venue for 80 people

I am looking for a venue that will host around 80 people for a business Christmas party. We have used White Oak plantation and Houmas House the past few years. We were please with both but would like to find some new unique places. We would prefer it to be in the greater Baton Rouge area. Any recommendations?
Looking for 2 in lower sections. Text 225-603-5844
6.5 ft x 10 ft at Hills Equipment in Livingston is $2100. It also has 3500# axles. Much nicer and heavier than the tractor supply or Lowe’s trailers.

I agree with you. People acting like all these small businesses are run by millionaires. Retail business is hard. Especially when everyone is buying everything off Amazon and the margins are zip. Bring cash if you don't want to pay the 3%.

re: How to hire non US workers?

I figured that would be a response but this isn’t a low paying position. It is six figures plus. If there was a US based option, I would love to grab them up. Client wants specific skills and these resources identified have have worked with some of their team remotely in the past.

How to hire non US workers?

Anyone familiar with the taxes and benefits part of hiring a non US citizen to work remotely. My company has been asked to staff some engineers with some specialty skills for a client. Would they have to pay taxes on income in both US and their country of residence? What about health care benefits?

He definitely called timeout but there were 2 guys with their hands on the ball. I don’t get it.
How was that not a jumb ball?

It is hard to beat the Bad Boy prices for what you are getting> Find a local dealer and give them your business:
